Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your account settings or billing portal. You keep paid access until the end of your billing period.
How do model quotas work?+
On Pro, Claude Haiku 4.5 is unlimited. Sonnet 4.6 is capped at 150 messages and Opus 4.7 at 30 messages per calendar month. Max replaces those tiers with a pooled cap of 120 Anthropic requests per calendar week across every Claude model, plus Gemini 3.1 Pro at 80 requests per month. Pro and Max share a weekly pool of 40 OpenAI GPT 5.4 / 5.5 requests. Counters reset automatically and are shown in your account.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit/debit cards, UPI, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Affirm, SEPA, ACH, and more. Indian users can also pay via UPI and net banking.
Is there a refund policy?+
All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
