OpenAI weekly caps are per account. On Pro, only GPT 5.4 models count. On Max, GPT 5.5 counts toward the same weekly cap as the 5.4 family. Anthropic monthly caps reset on the calendar month; weekly pools reset on the calendar week (UTC).

Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your account settings or billing portal. You keep paid access until the end of your billing period.
How do model quotas work?+
On Pro, Claude Haiku 4.5 is unlimited. Sonnet 4.6 is capped at 150 messages and Opus 4.7 at 30 messages per calendar month. Max replaces those tiers with a pooled cap of 120 Anthropic requests per calendar week across every Claude model, plus Gemini 3.1 Pro at 80 requests per month. Pro has a weekly cap of 40 OpenAI requests for the GPT 5.4 family only (Instant, Mini, Nano). GPT 5.5 is Max-only; on Max it shares the same weekly OpenAI cap with the 5.4 family. Counters reset automatically and are shown in your account.
